Product Care

To help maintain your furniture:

• Regularly vacuum and clean to remove dust and dirt.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Rotate and fluff cushions to maintain shape and comfort.
• Clean spills promptly using a soft damp cloth.
• Follow the fabric supplier’s care instructions for detailed guidance.

Avoid strong chemicals and unapproved cleaning products. Avoid sharp objects, pets’ claws and excessive or concentrated weight.

Warranty

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, CASA SOFT provides the following manufacturer’s warranty from the original date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Structural Frame — 5 Years
• Foam & Webbing — 3 Years
• Workmanship & Cushion Components — 1 Year
• Sofa Bed Mechanisms — 2 Years, subject to the relevant supplier’s warranty
• Swivel Bases — 1 Year, subject to the relevant supplier’s warranty

Fabric and leather warranties are subject to the applicable supplier warranty conditions. Commercial, hospitality, rental and other high-use applications may be subject to different warranty terms depending on the product and intended use.

Natural Wear & Product Characteristics

Depending on the product, materials, frequency of use and environment, normal characteristics may include: cushion softening, settling or compression; fabric movement, stretching or creasing; pilling that occurs through normal use or external fiber transfer; minor variations in cushion shape, stitching or dimensions; variations in fabric colour, texture or pattern placement; and natural variations in leather, timber and other materials.

These characteristics do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing or material defect and will be assessed having regard to the product, materials, age, use and relevant supplier specifications. Fading, discolouration or deterioration caused by sunlight, heat, moisture or environmental conditions may not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Exclusions

Subject to Australian Consumer Law, our manufacturer’s warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, stains, spills, pets, excessive weight, unauthorised repairs, environmental damage, or damage caused by incorrect moving or handling.

After-Sales & Claims

If you believe there is a manufacturing issue, please contact CASA SOFT with the paperwork, clear photos or video, and a brief description of the issue. We may inspect the product before determining the appropriate remedy. Valid warranty claims may be resolved by repair, replacement of the affected component or another appropriate remedy.

Where an issue is not covered by warranty, repair or service may still be available at the customer’s cost. The customer is responsible for any expenses incurred in claiming under this warranty, unless the defect is covered under Australian Consumer Law, in which case reasonable transport/assessment costs will be borne by CASA SOFT.
